5Could be good with some improvements by Clockaholic
I love projection alarm clocks and was excited to get one that allows me to view outdoor temp and time via projection. I have been disappointed with this clock though. First, at night I can only see what time it is on the ceiling. The blue backlight only comes on if you hit any button and stays on for a few seconds, otherwise there is no backlighting on this clock. So if you wake up in the middle of the night and are facing the clock you have to roll over onto your back to view the projection on the ceiling or hit a button to view the numbers on the clock itself. There is no way to adjust the settings to have the backlight stay on. This is a poor design and should be redesigned to give you the option to have the clock lit at night. Second, the buttons on the front of the clock that are used to turn on the alarm clock and make adjustments require that you hit them multiple times for them to work. Plus it is really akward to hit the buttons on the front of the alarm clock while you are lying in bed. At least the snooze is on the top, is easy to hit, and is responsive each time you hit it. Overall, I like that I can see the outdoor temp and time on my ceiling but wish the buttons were more responsive, were not on the front of the clock, and wish it had backligting so it can be viewed at night without hitting a button. I would buy a different clock if I could do it again.

5Lacrosse Projection Alarm Clock with Indoor/outdoor by Kat Hills "Kat"
This is the second projection alarm clock that I have purchased. My previous one was also a Lacrosse. I am overall satisfied with this product. The older one's display has deteriorated somewhat after about three years. Sometimes only partial numbers will display in the projection. I don't know if this is because of age, but I still was happy enough with the product to purchase another one.

5Its....................ok by Nick
I have had projection clocks before and this one is OK. I am a contractor stationed over seas and I just wanted to see the temp out side so I would know how bad it was gonna suck. It is good to see the time and temp with out getting up or checking thermometer. It has like 3 brightness settings for the projection light. I don't think the brightest setting is very bright at all. It also auto focus which is a hit and miss depending where you set it. I guess overall it does what it says, just not very clear. At around 8-10 feet away the red light is very dim and not very easy to see in complete darkness. Dont let the pic fool you. I thought it constantly displays both time and temp. It alternates every 3-4 seconds.

5Nice Product, But Not Perfect by James Limborg "James
I like this product, but it is not perfect. The projection light is too dim... The room must be absolutely BLACK in order to see the clock information projected on my wall. It does not display the INSIDE temperature on my wall... Instead it first displays the time, and then displays the OUTSIDE temperature. This clock would be perfect for me if the projection light was brighter and if it displayed the INSIDE temperature on my wall along with the time and outside temperature as it does well. Nice product, but not perfect.

5Limited Features and Impossible to Read by drenz
This is the worst alarm clock I've ever owned. The face is impossible to read at night because the back light only stays on for a few seconds after you press a button. The digital projection only helps with it's completely dark in your room. As the sun comes up or if there is a TV/computer on in the room, the projection gets totally washed out. If you just need something to buzz in the morning, use your phone instead of buying this. If you actually want to see the time, look elsewhere.

5lacrosse projection clock by carson1
I bought this clock on amazon--when I received the clock--it was not easy to set up-and then the print that projects onto anything is so small that I can not read the time nor the temperature---I tried to contact Amazon only to find out that I had to contact Denny & Kathy's Ace Hardware. I found it almost impossible to contact Denny & Kathy's-I have only one number-800-720-9689--no email address-I have left a message and heard nothing. I have tried again to contact them only to find that you have to call M-F 8am-4:30pm. I am terribly disappointed in this product and would really like my money back. I will be very cautious about shopping Amazon again. I was under the impression that Amazon backed the products they sell not send me back to someone else. A lesson learned. I will try again to reach this company but honestly I think I will cut my losses and beware the next time. Thanks for listening. Judy Moore

5Great Item by Ron A. Berger "ronab
Lacrosse Projection Alarm Clock with Indoor/outdoor TempIt is hard to fine a projection clock that works as well as this. If you like to see the weather and time from your pillow this is a must have

5Frustrating disappointment by Tom Cloud
I hate writing negative reviews but I'm throwing this clock out after 5 months. The description says "rotating" projection - which I took to mean any angle. It has four positions (like compass points North, South etc. and can flip the image 180degrees) No angles in between. The display alternates between the time and temperature and actually displays the temperature longer than the time. So when you look to see the time you may have to wait 5 seconds or so. Waiting to see the time got old very quickly. It's difficult to program and set up, not intuitive at all. They have one of those inserts that says "please don't return this to the retailer - call for support" as if that what most people want to do. The temperature transmitter broke after 4 to 5 months. So now the display shows two dashes for 5-6 seconds then the time for 4-5 seconds. Also, the auto time setting stopped working and the time was off by a random amount and a few hours. But even it that stuff were warranted, I wouldn't send it in etc. I wouldn't want a working one anyway I will keep looking - you should too.

5JUNK. Pure JUNK by Tony
Digital projection on the ceiling is so small it can't be read. Light on base unit will not stay on so you can see it. I am sending it back. Nothing but JUNK. Don't waste your money

5Works great! by Susan
I was a little bit worried to order this with so many negative reviews, but I got it as a gift for my husband, and he loves it! The numbers on the ceiling are very readable, but not too bright that you can't sleep. The alarm is annoying enough to wake you up, and it was fairly easy to set up. My one caution is to read the directions before you insert batteries - you have a 2-minute time frame to work with between activating the temperature sensor and the alarm clock. We goofed up on that and were afraid it wouldn't work, but after a few hours the temperature fixed itself, and the time was correct within minutes. I recommend this product!

5a great invention by Larry
I have had this product before. My only comment is that the longjevity of the product could be improved and the projection needs to be brighter

5Nice at Night by Aqua Man
Clock works perfectly. The temp and time projections at night are excellent. I have purchased 4 of these units for gifts.

5Projection Clock by walter hughey
delivered as promised and on time. fast shipping. the clock works well with great features. my only complaint is the temp stays on a little too long and the time display is too short.

5Excellent product by Bobby
Absolutely fantastic!! Have had no problems at all with device aquirring either temperature or time! The fact that it works in the 900 Mhz range is far superior than models in the 430 Mhz range.

5Alarm clock hard to set up. by Lloyd J.
I bought this projection alarm for a gift for my fiance, and he is very smart about electronics, he can normally set things up even without directions, but could not get this product to work.

5Good Product by Donna Raymond
We really like this clock - after finally getting it set. The directions are absolutely terrible and one has to fiddle with it and figure out how to set it on their own. Once set though, it is great!

5Works good by bob h
I am happy with the clock it works fine, auto programmed with the atomic clock, outside senor easy to set up. If there is any draw back the outside temp stays lit longer than the time. I would have preferred it the other way.

5It's Junk by J. H. Morgan "KnifeM
I NEVER got the outdoor receiver to speak to the clock. The clock also kept putting itself in the wrong time zone which meant it was constantly incorrect. I purchased this for my son, but the alarm was not loud enough to wake him. Support was non-existent. Do not bother!

5Works great. by Joel Garcia-Trevino
Works great. I wasn't really interested in the temperature capability but now that I have it I like knowing the outside temp when I'm getting up. We have the sensor quite a long way and still works.

5LACROSSE PROJECTION CLOCK by arlenelyle
WE CAN'T GET THE PROJECTION TO GET BRIGHTER. IT SAYS TO PUSH THE SNOOZE BUTTON BUT NOTHING SEEMS TO HAPPEN. WE HAVE OTHER PROJECTION CLOCKS THAT ARE MUCH BRIGHTER.

5Projection clock by Suzi shopper
Clock keeps time and temperatures well. However, the projection is too dim. This is the second projection clock I have owned and my previous one was bright and adjustable. Will be looking for a replacement.

5Lacrosse projection alarm clock w/indoor/outdoor temp by silver fox
First of all the service was great. I received the product on the day that it was scheduled to arrive. The clock was easy to set up and as the operation manual stated, it had picked up the radio signal by 2 a.m. and was indicating the time and correct temperatures. Even though I'm warm and cozy in my bed, I still like to look up and see what the temperature is outside and begin counting down on the amount of time I have left in my cozy bed! Love the product.

5Set up was a challenge by A. Sutton
This is a great clock, and I am very happy I purchased it for my husband. The size is decent, and the time projected on the ceiling is in soft red, not in blue, as to not keep us awake at night. There is no backlighton the clock display, unless you push a button to momentarily turn it on, so that doesn't keep us awake at night either. When we first got it, it was easy to set up, although it does require three AA batteries, which they don't tell you in the description when deciding to purchase it. The set up on our end was fairly simple. However, it tells you that the clock is suppossed to set the time itself almost immediately, and if not, for sure by 2a.m. local time. Well it did not do that for us for the first night, so we let it go another three nights. It still did not set itself. In frustration, we tried to set the clock ourself, and the directions included in the packaging are for several different models, and it didn't fit what we were trying to do. So eventually, I had to call the customer service number (not toll free) during regular business hours, which means I had to come home at lunch, and get them to walk me through the set up. It even took the customer service guy a few minutes to figure it out - but once he did, we got it all set with the correct time, and date, and set the alarm. After that, it's been great. But set-up was a hassle. A great product once it's set up!
